TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR BC.GAME WEBSITE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   BC Game maintains a license from Offshore Finance Authority (Anjouan), which authorizes its operation as an international online casino, providing services to customers in the UAE and other jurisdictions where such activities are permitted.

• Registration is required prior to using Services;

These Terms, together with such other documents and agreements as are specifically incorporated by reference in this Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between BC Game and Customer ("Agreement").To clarify, the English language version will prevail if there is a conflict or dispute about the meaning of these Terms.

1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms shall be governed exclusively by and construed under the laws in force in the jurisdiction where the Website's server is located;
• Any disputes arising from these Terms, their validity, interpretation, implementation, enforcement or any other matter related to this Agreement will be decided through a court having proper legal authority at that place.

This document constitutes the complete and entire agreement between BC Game and Customer with respect to its subject matter.BC.GAME hereby reserves all rights to change or modify these Terms, including, but not limited to, any details mentioned above without prior notice.

   For any notices regarding disputes arising under this Agreement, both parties will send their formal dispute communications via email only; BC Game shall notify the customer of such changes and modifications as necessary in writing through its official email system or through these Terms on website itself.
